This was my first experience with the Globo app and it has been excellent. After upgrading to the latest version, I found the process of creating option sets to be much smoother and more intuitive. The support team was fantastic—specifically Clara, who was incredibly helpful and prompt in troubleshooting a few issues I encountered. Overall, a very positive experience!
I've been using Globo for a few years and it just works.
I did have an issue where I needed their assistance. I messaged them at the weekend and they came straight back to me saying they will take a look. Monday morning I had a message saying they found the problem (my problem as well, not a design issue). They sorted it for me, and followed up by asking me to double check.
This is a company that is fast and responsive. I will be a long term client.

I have used this app since right after I started my children’s boutique (for almost three years) and it has made life so much easier! The app is very affordable in my opinion, user-friendly, and was easy to set up for someone who has very little tech knowledge! I have had to reach out to customer service on a couple of occasions and their team is always quick to help and very knowledgeable at helping solve any issues I’ve had! I have, and will continue to recommend Globo to others needing a Shopify customization app like this!
