【この申請フォームについて】
1. 人間科学部、人間科学研究科、スポーツ科学部、スポーツ科学研究科の学生が対象です。
2. 対応できるのは「留学」ビザのみです。
3. 対象となる学生：
A) 入学前の方で、現在すでに他の日本の大学または日本語学校で「留学」ビザを所持し、今後早稲田大学での更新する方
B) 在学中（休学中・留学中から復学する方を除く）の方で、在留期間の更新をする方
※入学前の方で、現在在留資格がない場合は、留学センター（入学前）にCOEを申請してください。
※休学中・留学中の方も留学センター（復学の場合）にCOEを申請してください。※卒業後に就職活動を続ける方は、キャリアセンターへ資格変更の推薦状を申請してください。4. 申請する前に「在留資格/VISAに関して」のウェブページをよく確認してください。

About this Form:
1. This form is for students of the Undergraduate and Graduate Schools of Human Sciences, the Undergraduate and Graduate Schools of Sport Sciences, apply for visa extension.
2. Our office can only handle "Student" visas.
3. Cases we can support:
A) Students who have been accepted and already has a student visa at another university/language school in Japan.
B) Current students (except for those who have left Japan of absent or study abroad) and wish to extend the period of stay
For prospective students who do not have a status of residence, please ask Center for International Education for visa support.
For those who have left Japan of absent or study abroad, please also contact Center for International Education (Returning to Waseda).
If you wish to continue looking for a job in Japan, please ask Career center for support.

【重要】
在留期間の更新手続きは満了日の3ヶ月前から出入国在留管理局で申請が可能です。
所沢総合事務センターで更新手続きを申請する際は、遅くとも満了日の1ヶ月前までに申請書類を提出して下さい。
所沢総合事務センターでは1年を通じて多くの申請を受け付けており、申請書類の確認には１週間～最大３週間を要する場合もあります。
在留期間満了の1ヶ月未満で申請を頂いた場合、満了日までに確認が完了しない可能性もあります。
Important Notice
Renewal of the period of stay can be applied for at the Immigration Bureau 3 months prior to the expiration date.
Please submit your application documents to us at least one month prior to the expiration date.
Tokorozawa Administrative Office accepts many applications throughout the year, and it may take from one to up to three weeks to confirm the application documents.
If an application is received less than one month before the expiration of the period of stay, there is a possibility that the confirmation will not be completed by the expiration date.
